The first step in the process is to reach out to our team to let us know what your goals are. Our team will provide you with a simple application that collects all the necessary details and gives us the ability to take a closer look at your credit, your FICO, and do a background check.

Whether you are purchasing, attempting to refinance, or looking to pull cash out of rental our team will provide you with a clear set of steps as well as a checklist that shows exactly what we will need from you, including tax documents and bank statements. We will set up an appraisal on your behalf via an appraisal company. For purchases, your contract will have the title company in it and for a refi, we will recommend our in-house title company as it ensures the process is expedited.
Once we have collected all of the necessary pieces of information and appraisals we will determine the rates you qualify for and have you sign off on the terms sheet. From there, we move into closing.
